Cathy Duncan is a excellent real estate agent. She has treated me like family no matter what the price of the house I was looking at. She listens to what I like and don't like she is up front and tells me that if there is a house on the market or not. She will go out of her way to get me all the information I need on the house. The one thing that I love about Cathy is that she has always told me that I want you to be happy with the house you are getting. To me that goes a long ways with me cause at least she understands and don't try to show me a house an knowing that I want be happy looking at. And I appreciate that.
